Anderson, Ind. — Anderson University will host the ninth annual Elizabeth York Children’s Literature Festival on Saturday, Oct. 6 in Nicholson Library. This free event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a lunch option for $10 per person.

Anderson, Ind. — Anderson University is celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week by taking a look at the School of Education and how students and alumni are well prepared within it for the vocation of teaching. The origins of Teacher Appreciation Week date back to the 1940s, and in 1953, Eleanor Roosevelt lobbied Congress to set aside one day to recognize educators.
