Nursing & Kinesiology Programs
Anderson University is graduating nurses not only with the compassion and experience to provide excellent health care services but also the knowledge and skills of today's health care industry. The 2014-15 graduating class enrolled in the BSN program celebrated a 100% job placement following graduation. The student first-time pass rate on the National Council of State Boards of Nursing Examination (NCLX-RN®) for the academic year 2014-2015 was 90%.
The Department of Kinesiology offers four majors designed to prepare students to enter careers in athletic training, exercise science, education, and sports and recreational leadership. The athletic training program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE), which allows athletic training students to work directly toward certification in their field.
