Get involved on campus
The Campus Activities Board (CAB)
CAB provides a wide range of activities on and off campus for all students. CAB activities are intended to foster the building of an inclusive community by providing quality events that are fun and affordable.
The Intramural sports on campus include flag football, pickleball, KanJam, Spikeball, team handball, floor hockey, volleyball, basketball, softball, indoor and outdoor soccer, badminton, wiffleball, cornhole, pool volleyball and ultimate frisbee. For more information, visit the staff in the CAB Office in the basement of the Olt Student Center.
Campus Ministries provides a variety of ways to serve, including prayer and social justice groups, work projects and ministries to the elderly, children at risk, incarcerated teens and persons who are homeless.
Student Government Association (SGA)
SGA is a student run organization that works to vocalize the feelings and thoughts of the student body. The student government association has the responsibility of supporting social clubs, interests groups and individual projects financially and has the honor of communicating the needs of the student body to the administration, faculty and staff of AU. SGA is a great way to become involved on campus and help the student body reach its full potential. Senate positions are available. Please contact SGA (email@example.com) for more information.
All students are encouraged to join these groups that promote and celebrate culture. The International Student Association (ISA) and the New Image Gospel Choir are two student-led organizations that provide those interested in exploring other cultures the opportunity to build cross-cultural relationships, learn from one another, and have lots of fun!
Visit the Student Organizations website for more information.
