ACCOUNTING DEGREE

Explore AU’s premier business school and how our business students are set up to succeed in the classroom, in internships, and in their careers after graduation.

Overview

The accounting degree provides a knowledge base in both financial and managerial accounting. Accounting courses in the Falls School of Business explore a broad perspective of accounting that you use for management responsibilities within a company and in the field of public accounting. The accounting major also provides rigorous preparation for graduate studies for students interested in graduate school.

EXPLORE THE ACCOUNTING DEGREE

At Anderson University, our accounting majors are focused on more than spreadsheets. In a Christ-centered environment, students can expect to consider this profession in a missional way, as a means to help others. The accounting major provides coursework that helps prepare students for the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) exam and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. This program can be completed in a 3-year or 4-year path to graduation.

The AU Falls School of Business has resources available to make it possible for students to design their 150-credit hour plan and to complete it in eight or nine semesters (with some summer school).
